I’m very excited to announce that my art quilt will be part of a traveling exhibition for Obsessed With Color! The first two stops are @artreach_gallery in Portland, OR (happening now!) and then on to @cave.gallery.vancouver in Vancouver, WA st

Fall evenings call for candlelight, linen napkins, and flatware that easily scoops up second helpings.

Sometimes all it takes is a folded napkin and your grandma’s china to make a table feel special.

Playing matchmaker with my flatware—black speckled forks are becoming fast friends with Autumn linens and white rimmed black plates.

Orange, mustard, and a few festive candles…this season’s palette is quietly waiting at the table.

These linen napkins have been washed and worn a dozen times, which makes me love them even more. Texture tells stories.

A little tangle of twine, a linen napkin, and a leaf found on this morning’s walk—fall decorating doesn’t get simpler than that.

My favorite kind of decorating—folded linen, layering texture, and letting the light do the rest.

Finally a free day with sunshine! Yesterday was gorgeous and I spent most of it in the cutting garden planting Spring bulbs. Can’t wait to see what they look like after their winter nap!

My heart is full! The whole family came to the art exhibition today @artreach_gallery in Portland!

Starting the winter yard clean up and hanging Christmas greens at the barn this week! Can’t believe it’s December! 🎄
